    He possess a deep understanding of online dispute resolution processes and platforms, offering effective solutions for conflicts arising in the digital sphere. He developed in 2011 an automation program related to Online Dispute Resolution at IAE Paris (Sorbonne).

    Charbel is skilled in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration notably through development and implementation of effective strategies. Adept at facilitating communication, identifying underlying interests, and crafting mutually beneficial solutions.

    More specifically he has extensive experience in mediation. Charbel is a certified mediator with a strong understanding of mediation principles and techniques. He facilitates constructive dialogue between parties in conflict, fostering a collaborative environment to reach mutually agreeable solutions. Through his experiences in Africa (Nigeria), he has developed strong intercultural communication and conflict resolution skills essential for effective and successful mediation.

    Charbel also practices focusing on civil and criminal laws. He successfully represents clients in a variety of civil and criminal cases, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the legal process. Adept at handling a wide range of civil law matters, including contract disputes, property issues, inheritance law, and torts.

    He is experienced in advising businesses on various commercial transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and international trade.

    He has further contributed to the drafting of the decree on official electronic documents and digital signatures pursuant to the Law of the Electronic Transactions and Personal Data Law.

    Charbel has also contributed to a publication on Online Dispute Resolutions in Arabic and French respectively in 2007 and 2012.
