In the light of the sanctions applied regarding the Ukrainian conflict - remind all those who have business with Russian entities that it is advisable to:
- carry out adequate subjective due diligence of their clients (or possibly update the activity already carried out), in order to verify the non-placement of the counterparty and its beneficial owners within the lists of sanctioned entities;
- conduct a review of its contractual clauses (suppliers and customers);
- possibly update its internal export compliance/international sanctions procedure.
