Irene started her professional career in civil and commercial litigation and for over twenty years she has been assisting Italian and foreign companies in issues related to manufacturer responsibility and consumer protection.
Taking advantage of the experience gained in the judicial sector and, in particular, knowing the dynamics related to the pathological phase of commercial relations, Irene began to work in out-of-court activities dealing with contracts in civil and commercial matters both at national and international level.
Irene has significant experience in succession planning and generational transfer. By combining competence and passion, she assists entrepreneurs and individuals in identifying the best strategy to ensure a planning tailored to individual needs.
Irene is the author of articles and publications and has held several seminars and conferences in Italy in the field of civil law and civil procedure. She has also carried out teaching activities in the context of the course “Diritto Internazionale della Navigazione”, Diploma Universitario – Facoltà di Ingegneria aerospaziale e meccanica, Forlì (1999) and of the course “Tecnico delle imprese portuali e di trasporto” - modulo “Trasporto Commercio internazionale – legal area – IFTS, Ravenna (2000).
Irene received her law degree from the University of Bologna in 1998 with a thesis on Navigation Law entitled "The intervention of the Italian Competition Authority in airport matters".
Since 2002, she is a member of the Bologna Bar Association and is qualified to practise before the Higher Jurisdictions.
