Jacopo has been working internationally for over twenty years: at first with his own law firm, JgLegal, and now with Eptalex - Garzia Gasperi & Partners, where he is a founding partner together with Carlo Garzia. Jacopo has also worked for more than ten years as Of-Counsel with Titus&Co. Advocates in New Delhi.

 

Jacopo assists national and foreign companies and investors both in their day by day business and in important extraordinary transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. He participated in several financing operations, including the reorganization of industrial groups, during which he had the opportunity to collaborate with major national and international institutions, such as Simest S.p.A., SACE S.p.A., EIB (European Investment Bank), the African Development Bank and the World Bank.

 

Thanks to his many years of professional experience in an international context, Jacopo is also involved in academic and educational activities. In particular, Jacopo has held several seminars in Italy for various industrial associations and is a lecturer in the Masters "India Gulf Advanced Made in Italy (IGAMI)" and "Gulf Enterprises Studies (GES)" at Ca' Foscari University in Venice. He has also participated in conferences and seminars on Islamic financial instruments (2008), in the annual seminar of the Asian Development Bank held in Hyderabad, India (2006), in conferences and seminars on the internationalisation of companies, with particular attention to opportunities in India (2005-2008), in the annual training course on arbitration at the National and International Arbitration Chamber of Milan, Italy, (2000-2001).

 

Jacopo is the author of numerous publications, including “Brasile: diritto di impresa e investimenti esteri”, IPSOA- Gruppo Wolters Kluwer, and publications and e-books on internationalisation of Italian companies and on investments in Qatar, South Africa, Uruguay and Peru.

 

Since 2018, he is Scientific Coordinator and Lecturer for the Master in Transport Law organized by Altalex - Wolters Kluwer Italia S.r.l.
