Administrative, Litigation and Real Estate

Rita has a wealth of experience in litigation, particularly in landlord and tenancy matters and repossession following a defaulted loan. She is inquisitive and resourceful when it comes to locating the property that acted as collateral for a loan and in finding details that allow her clients who own properties to move forward with business.

Rita is also skilled at domesticating foreign judgements in Lebanon, an arduous process since Lebanon has not signed many treaties concerning this process. She is well versed in the Lebanese Labor law and methods to protect companies operating in Lebanon and ensure their compliance.

She joined the Beirut Bar Association in 1988.
