Marina has worked with LTS for over thirteen years.

Marina assists:
- Italian and foreign companies, both in day-to-day management and for extraordinary merger and has gained consolidated experience in tax litigations;
- individuals in all matters of a tributary nature, both national and international.                                 
                                    
Marina has gained considerable experience about compliance, with particular reference to the authorization processes and control of functional procedures. She is also an expert in insolvency proceedings.
