Corporate and Litigation


Sara assists both the corporate and the litigation practices at our firm. She is primarily involved in the incorporation and dissolution of companies, drafting agreements and handling day-to- day corporate activities.

Prior to joining Aziz Torbey, Sara gained experience in legal research and drafting during a
summer internship, focusing on litigation.
While studying for her law degree, Sara participated in an inter-university course on International Criminal Law and Procedure organized in cooperation with T.M.C. Asser Institute and the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. Following the course, Sara was awarded with an internship at The Hague Court - Special Tribunal for Lebanon and International Criminal Court for two weeks.
She also participated in a legal clinic organized by the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, which attempted to update the Lebanese Constitutional Council’s internal regulations.
In 2015, Sara took part in an internship organized by the German organization “Konrad Adenauer Stiftung” at the German Constitutional Federal Court, the Bundestag and Bundesrat.

She joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2017.
