BACKHe is the Coordinator of the Sustainability/Green Economy Team of Eptalex – Garzia Gasperi Iannaccone & Partners.
He advises companies on ESG matters, in collaboration with leading firms in ESG reporting.
He has performed SA8000 social compliance audits for multinational companies and is a member of the Association for Professional Social Compliance Auditors.
In the energy sector, he provides legal consultancy on complex energy efficiency projects, including drafting legal opinions, EPC and EPCC contracts, private and public procurement, and PPP arrangements, in cooperation with ESCo companies. He has assisted clients in implementing energy efficiency interventions under the Italian Superbonus (Art. 119 D.L. 34/2020) and related incentive schemes (Art. 121), and currently advises on projects under the Conto Termico 3.0 framework,implementing Ministerial Decree of 7 August 2025.
He advises on commercial law, supporting companies and investors in daily business and complex transactions, including M&A operations and joint ventures. He also deals with immigration law.
He assists companies in all stages of internationalisation wordwide.
He has contributed to publications for IPSOA – Gruppo Wolters Kluwer, including e-books “eFacile investire in South Africa” and “eFacile investire in Perù”, articles for Fiscalità e Commercio Internazionale, and investment databases on South Africa, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.
