  • Anthony is an active member of the Corporate Department at Eptalex, where he leverages his extensive expertise in Corporate M&A, gained from his tenure at a leading French law firm. During this time, he conducted due diligence for international clients and played a key role in M&A operations for major European companies, including one of Europe’s leading dairy products companies, a top producer of aquaculture feed, and a leading firm specializing in energy efficiency and the decarbonization of energy usage. This diverse experience has enabled Anthony to navigate complex cross-border transactions and offer strategic insights to clients across multiple range of industries.

    Anthony has extensive experience working on regulatory compliance issues within the UAE, with a particular focus on stored value facilities and adherence to the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) guidelines. His legal expertise also extends to drafting franchise agreements, supply of goods contracts, and rental agreements.

    Specifically, Anthony has provided detailed legal opinions on rental matters within the DIFC jurisdiction, focusing on the nuances of DIFC rental laws and regulations. In addition, he has substantial expertise in navigating the ADGM regulatory environment, including the ADGM Companies Regulations. This involves advising on the establishment, governance, and compliance of companies operating within the ADGM framework, ensuring that they meet the regulatory standards and requirements set forth by the ADGM authorities. His work ensures that businesses operating in the UAE comply with complex regulatory frameworks while optimizing their contractual relationships across multiple sectors.

    Anthony participated in drafting laws through a competition organized by a German foundation, where he won first prize, leading to a cultural exchange program in Berlin. Upon returning to Lebanon, he assumed a mentoring role, guiding participants in subsequent editions of the program.

    He was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2023, underscoring his commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
