BACKSince 2017, Hale is practicing private law. She has drafted and reviewed many contracts within the scope of the relationships between commercial companies or individuals.
Hale drafted contracts for the foreign language courses and books of private schools, she counselled companies in the textile sector. Hale was the legal counsel of a power plant establishment project in which she reviewed the contracts for supply, maintenance and operation. She has also represented actors at advertisement and movie projects.
She is also focused on medical law. She has represented private hospitals in court and at negotiations between hospitals, patient and hospital, hospital and employees. She has represented patients and doctors in various cases arising from medical malpractice. Since Hale continues her studies, she keeps her theoretical knowledge fresh. Her legal research on “The Involuntary Treatment of Psychiatric Patient” has been published.
Hale is a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 2017.
