Irene Romano

Irene began her professional career by dedicating to civil and commercial litigation and for over twenty years she has assisted Italian and foreign companies in managing legal issues.
Making the most of the experience gained in the judicial sector and, in particular, knowing the dynamics related to the pathological phase of commercial relationships, Irene began to provide extrajudicial activities, dealing with civil and commercial contracts both at a national and international level.
She has worked as secretary of the board of directors in several companies, coordinating the various activities related to corporate governance issues.
Irene has gained significant experience in the field of succession planning and generational transition. Combining expertise and passion, she assists entrepreneurs and individuals in identifying the best strategy for planning that is appropriate for their needs.
Irene is the author of articles and publications and has held several seminars and conferences in Italy in the field of civil law and civil procedure. Irene has also taught in the course of “International Navigation Law”, University Diploma – Faculty of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, Forlì (1999) and in the course “Port and Transport Enterprises Technician” – module “International Trade Transport – Legal Area – IFTS”, Ravenna (2000).
