Karl has experience in both commercial transactions and international arbitration.
He represents a wide range of clients in commercial transactions, from start-ups to small and midsize businesses, to multinational enterprises, as well as investment companies.
Throughout his career, Karl has advised clients in domestic and cross-border transactions in numerous sectors such as acquisitions, private equity, distribution, trusts, intellectual property, market research and other fields.
Karl has also assisted with commercial and construction arbitration proceedings, whether in Paris prior to joining Eptalex or during his current practice, before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
Karl is and is a member of both the Paris Bar and the Beirut Bar.
