BACKKilda has gained experience in advising on corporate law, corporate governance and commercial contracts, with particular regard to contracts involving national and international operators in the e-mobility sector.
Before joining Eptalex, Kilda collaborated with other law firms in Milan, specialized in civil law and civil and commercial litigation, gaining experience in civil and corporate litigation and alternative dispute resolution procedures, with particular reference to disputes arising between companies (companies and industrial groups, from large companies to SMEs), consultants, suppliers and clients.
Making use of the experience gained in the judicial and extrajudicial sector, she took part in an arbitration procedure in procurement matters, acting as Secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal.
She holds and has held the role of Secretary in meetings of the Boards of Directors and Shareholders’ Meetings of client companies.
