BACKMarie Michelle works with both the Litigation and Corporate departments at our firm. She assists in forming and maintaining companies at the Commercial Registry, and her expertise extends to comprehensive legal research across various fields.
Beyond research, she actively participates in preparing critical documentation, including drafting constitutional documents for company incorporation and recording meeting minutes for general assemblies and board meetings.
She is also responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and providing legal opinions.
Furthermore, Marie Michelle contributes to the litigation process by preparing essential legal documents and drafting of various documents related to ongoing cases.
Prior to joining Eptalex in 2023, she participated and won the Model Youth Parliament program, organized by the German Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, where she developed new law amendments to improve the Lebanese legal system. She now serves as a mentor in the program.
She also took part in the SEEDS’ Legal Initiative to protect minorities with the support of the European Union and Oxfam GB.
