The activity of a purely judicial nature takes the form not only of assistance in cases brought before the regional administrative courts, as well as protection given in the context of proceedings brought before individual Independent Authorities. In this framework, the Firm also provides advice and assistance in the various procedural stages of the public sector, as well as in the drafting of contractual documents with public and private entities.
The client is assisted in all the stages of the tender procedure: from the evaluation of the legitimacy of the tender regulations, to the examination of the legitimacy of the negative measures, in order to evaluate the possible appeal, up to the assistance in the stages following the award and the execution of the contract.
Assistance is also offered to public entities at every stage of the procedure: from the identification of the correct type of tender to the preparation of the tender documentation and assistance during the various phases of the procedure in the course of the tender until its conclusion.
The firm has significant experience in the energy sector, in relation to issues related to the production, distribution and transport of energy and gas and in particular:
- construction and management of plants powered by renewable sources (wind, solar, geothermal, biomass, landfill gas, etc.);
- transport, dispatching and distribution of gas and electricity, with reference also to the regulatory and tariff profiles;
- gas and energy trading;
- proceedings before the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment - ARERA.
